Our leadership

Peter Hughes founded Apex Group in 2003 with a vision to create a business that could offer an end-to-end service to clients, delivered by local experts on a global scale. Through this vision, Apex Group has continually disrupted the asset serving industry by evolving its capabilities and delivering a unique single-source solution to asset managers, allocators, family offices and financial institutions which supports the entire value chain across the financial services ecosystem. The Group harnesses leading innovative and transformative technology and benefits from cross-jurisdictional expertise delivered by a highly integrated global team of 13,000 people across 50 countries. Peter’s desire to drive positive change extends beyond asset servicing. In 2022, he provided a cornerstone donation to the Apex Foundation, a not-for-profit entity, which supports the environment and climate change; women’s empowerment and economic independence; and education and social mobility.

As Chief Risk Officer, Andrew is responsible for the oversight of risk-taking activities and supporting our effective and efficient management of risk on an enterprise-wide basis. As a member of the executive committee, he is responsible for driving and developing our risk framework, governance, and reporting. Andrew joined us following our acquisition of Sanne in 2019.

Andrew has been our General Counsel since April 2019. He was previously Head of Legal at Monzo Bank and before that held senior roles at several prestigious law firms including Latham & Watkins and White & Case. Andrew has extensive experience in cross-border M&A, capital markets, and private equity transactions and joined us at a critical time of integration following several global acquisitions.

Georges brings over two decades of experience in law, capital markets, and fund administration to his role as Chief Commercial Officer at Apex Group. He is responsible for delivering top- and bottom-line performance across geographies and client and product segments, aligning with key business focus areas and their respective leaders. As a dedicated people leader, Georges drives global business growth internationally and enhances client relationships and revenue streams, as well as offering guidance on company matters across various boards. From Deutsche Bank Alternative Fund Services to Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and now Apex Group, his career reflects a commitment to excellence in financial services.

Helen joined us in 2025 as Chief AI and Data Science Officer. An expert in digital transformation and AI strategy, she has advised on global technology implementation and data innovation across various industries and is deeply committed to driving progress in this field. She also serves as an industry mentor at the Wyss Institute at Harvard University, contributing to global thought leadership in AI, data, and sustainable innovation.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Jay focuses on strengthening strategic alignment and supporting innovation across our global platform. Prior to joining us he was with SEI, where he spent 28 years, and held senior leadership roles across institutional asset management and fund administration. Most recently, Jay served as EVP and Head of Institutional Business, overseeing investment products and services for more than 425 institutional clients. He previously led SEI’s Alternatives Fund Administration business and helped build the firm’s front, middle, and back-office solutions for some of the largest US alternative investment managers.

Jeff joined us in 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience in technology, operations, and transformation. He serves as Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining us, Jeff was the President of Commercial Services at Conduent and has held senior leadership roles at Fiserv, Gateway First Bank, Ally, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, and Wells Fargo.

John brings over 25 years of experience in compliance, legal, and regulatory affairs. He joined us in 2025 from Northern Trust Corporation, where he served as Global Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, and previously as Deputy General Counsel. He has also held leadership positions at Motorola Solutions, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and Kirkland & Ellis.

Kimberly brings extensive experience in global financial operations and strategic leadership to her role as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee. She has held multiple leadership roles in finance and treasury across London and Boston. Kimberly joined us from State Street, where she served for over 12 years in numerous leadership roles including Treasurer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, she was at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where she worked in the Risk and Policy unit, contributing to key regulatory and risk frameworks. Kimberly is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an alumna of the CFO Leadership Program at Harvard.

Maxwell Johnston is Chief Business Officer and brings deep experience and understanding of commercial strategy to the Executive Committee. Previously serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff, Maxwell has played a pivotal role in driving our M&A strategy and supporting our international growth. Before joining us, Maxwell gained valuable experience at KPMG in London and Bermuda, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Peter has a career of over 35 years in consulting and international financial services, including with HSBC, AIB, AIG, and Nordea. He has a proven track record of building best-in-class HR capabilities, with a focus on developing technology, data insight, and scaling HR solutions. Peter has worked extensively across Asia, Latin America, the USA, and Europe.

Alan joined us in 2022 and has served as Regional Head for Africa since our acquisition of Sanne. A chartered accountant, his career combines extensive experience in professional services with expertise in financial services. His focus is on growing our business across Africa through strong client service.

Christiane leads our strategic growth and operations across the Middle East and oversees our global family office strategy. She has over 25 years of experience across wealth and asset management, governance, regulatory solutions, family office advisory, and capital markets. Under her leadership, our Middle East business has expanded to service over US$170 billion in assets. She develops tailored solutions for ultra-high-net-worth families and private capital, strengthening relationships with family offices worldwide. Before joining us, Christiane was Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board Member of FFA Private Bank in Dubai. She also chairs LIFE Nurture, supporting scholarships and mentorship for young Lebanese professionals.

Mauricio has over 37 years of international executive leadership experience across financial and professional services. His career spans Latin America, Europe, and the United States, where he has led business transformation, operational improvements, and sustainable growth. In his regional role, he focuses on accelerating our strategic growth, strengthening client relationships, and improving integration across markets. He also builds businesses that can scale and develops teams with a focus on performance. His approach to leadership is based on disciplined execution, accountability, and collaboration to deliver long-term value for clients, colleagues, and shareholders.

Nick oversees our Asia Pacific business and is a member of our Executive Committee. He joined us through our acquisition of Mainstream Group in 2021, where he was Managing Director of the Asia Pacific business. He brings extensive knowledge of the funds industry to his regional leadership role.

Paulianne has over 20 years of experience in financial services. She began her career as an auditor with Deloitte in Malta, focusing on funds, banks, and other licensed entities. She joined us as Operations Manager in 2008 and helped develop and grow our Malta office. In 2016, she was appointed Country Head for Malta, before expanding her remit to lead our South and East Europe region. Paulianne also serves on the boards of regulated and non-regulated entities across several European jurisdictions. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Renaud leads our Luxembourg business, overseeing its strategy, growth, profitability, and operations. He joined us in 2019 and has held several executive roles, including Chief Revenue Officer, serving on our Executive Committee. After four years in Bermuda, he returned to Luxembourg in September 2025 to lead the continued growth of one of our key global locations. He brings extensive asset management industry experience across financial services and financial technology. His responsibilities include setting the regional vision, managing profit and loss, and overseeing the operational success of our business across the region.

Sanjay brings over 25 years of experience as a global business leader to his role as Regional Head for North America. He previously served as Managing Director at Citi, BlackRock, State Street, and Merrill Lynch. His financial markets experience spans the Americas and international markets, particularly India and Singapore. Sanjay has also chaired multiple industry committees at the Bond Market Association, Asset Management Forum, and Securities Industry Association.

Valerie joined us from Sanne Group and continues to lead our growth and performance across Asia. A qualified lawyer, she brings a broad range of skills and experience to her regional leadership role, supporting the delivery of our single source solution.

Agustin has over 20 years of experience in financial services. His expertise spans fund accounting, launches, distribution, and hedge fund administration, alongside portfolio valuation and net asset value calculation. He also has experience in prime brokerage, compliance, know your customer requirements, fund structures, and regulatory filings. His work includes legal procedures and relationships with banks and service providers. Agustin is an economist and speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Alex has over 25 years of experience in financial services and asset servicing. Before joining us, he served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Client Officer for Northern Trust Canada. In these roles, he led growth initiatives and managed large-scale client operations. He previously spent over a decade in senior leadership positions at Citi Fund Services. His expertise covers fund accounting, transfer agency, product development, and relationship management.

Alice leads our Jersey business, overseeing a multidisciplinary team that delivers financial services across regulated and non-regulated business lines. She brings a background in global financial services, governance, and regulatory matters. Her focus is on developing teams, delivering strong client service, and supporting our continued growth in Jersey.

Andy has over 20 years of experience in financial markets. He previously led global distribution within Deutsche Asset Management's sustainable investments division. He joined us in September 2019 and co-founded our ESG team. Alongside his interim role as Country Co-Head for the UK, he is responsible for driving our strategic ESG development.

Asha is our Country Head for the Cayman Islands, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial and professional services across Cayman and the UK. Her experience spans business leadership, strategy, operations, finance, and transformation across regulated firms. She has led businesses through growth and change, strengthened governance, and developed high-performing teams. Asha focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering responsive service, and driving sustainable growth across our Cayman business. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Benjamin has over 12 years of experience in financial services and oversees our Singapore business. Since joining us in 2022, he has helped grow our business in the region, led our client relationship team across ASEAN, and helped establish client engagement best practices across Asia Pacific. He works closely with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders to support our continued growth in Singapore. Before joining us, Benjamin held corporate relationship management roles at DBS Bank and OCBC Bank. He advised corporates and financial institutions on strategic financing, treasury, and capital markets solutions.

Bryan is Country Head for Ireland and Managing Director of our Irish fund administration business. He is responsible for the overall operations and delivery of all its services. He has almost 20 years of financial services experience, with a particular focus on investment funds. His background includes working as an accountant with Citigroup in Bermuda, alongside his experience in his current leadership role. Bryan graduated from Cork Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Business Studies. He is also a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Cath has over 35 years of experience in fund administration, transfer agency, investor services, and financial services leadership. She has held senior roles with us, Citco Fund Services, Barclays Wealth, Bank of New York Mellon, and HSBC Securities Services. Her experience includes leading international teams, delivering large-scale transformation initiatives, and developing solutions to improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and client outcomes. Cath has also served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Isle of Man Wealth & Fund Services Association. She regularly contributes to industry discussions on transfer agency, digitalisation, and investor servicing.

Chris leads our Guernsey business and has over 25 years of offshore finance experience, focusing on investment funds. He previously served as Group Head of Funds at Praxis and Managing Director of Sanne Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited, an alternative investment fund manager. His experience covers listed, open-ended, and closed-ended funds across private equity, property, equity, and debt strategies. He has held responsibilities in regulatory compliance, transfer agency, operations, valuation, and portfolio risk management, alongside board appointments. Chris is a New Zealand certified accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of New Zealand.

Dean has over 25 years of senior international experience in financial services, treasury, and fund operations. Before joining us, he was Head of Treasury Operations and Accounts Receivable at Investcorp Bahrain. His earlier Investcorp roles included four years as Country Manager in the Cayman Islands and a decade leading hedge fund operations in Bahrain. He also led European operations at Fortis Prime Fund Solutions in London. Dean is a chartered accountant registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting science from the University of South Africa.

Donna has over 20 years of financial services experience, with expertise in funds management, investment administration, strategy, governance, and growth. Before joining us, she was Chief Customer Officer at Smartshares, a fund manager wholly owned by NZX. She previously held several roles at AMP Financial Services, including Head of Client Relationships, where she launched its direct distribution channel.

Emad is our Senior Executive Officer and Country Head for Qatar, leading our strategic expansion within the Qatar Financial Centre. He brings over a decade of financial services experience across the GCC, covering wealth management, asset servicing, and capital markets. He previously held roles at Credit Suisse, UBS, and HSBC in Qatar.

Emma leads our strategic growth and operations in Rwanda, working with clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders to support the country's financial services sector. She has over 20 years of international experience across fund administration, corporate services, audit, and business operations. Before her appointment in Rwanda, she spent over a decade with us in Hong Kong and five years in Bermuda. She began her career as an auditor at KPMG in Malawi and later held roles in the UK with Cosgrove Hall Films, Shell UK Oil Products, Telefónica UK, and Accenture.

Francine develops our client-focused solutions in Brazil, drawing on over two decades of financial markets experience. Her expertise covers fund structuring, fund administration, custody services, and tailored solutions for non-resident investors. She holds a degree in International Relations from Eckerd College, Florida, a master's degree in Business Consulting from FIA-USP, and the Anbima CPA20 certification. Since 2019, Francine has served as Co-Chair of the 100 Women in Finance Brazil Location. She helped bring this global non-profit organisation to Latin America, working with other women leaders to empower and connect professionals in the financial sector.

Itumeleng has over 20 years of financial services experience, covering front- and middle-office support, compliance, and pension fund services. Before joining us, she held senior roles at Access Bank, BancABC, Standard Chartered Bank, and First National Bank in Botswana. She leads our local business with a focus on growth, client service, and strategic partnerships. Itumeleng also supports education and mentorship for young women in finance. She holds an MA in Finance and Investments from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from West Virginia University.

Jeff is our Mexico Country Head, leading strategic growth from our Mexico City office. He has over a decade of alternative investment experience with Brown Brothers Harriman, J.P. Morgan, SS&C Technologies, and IQ-EQ. His expertise spans fund operations, client relationships, and business development across private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and venture capital. He also develops administration solutions for Mexican pension funds, CERPIs, CKDs, and other regulated investment vehicles. Working with asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors, he focuses on fund administration, passive administration, and back-office services for domestic and international investment managers.

Lyubka joined us through our acquisition of Custom House in 2018 and leads our Bulgarian business. She is responsible for its overall management, implementing our strategy and ensuring adherence to our operating model. She has over 20 years of fund administration experience, holds a master's degree in Accounting and Control, and has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2006.

Manu leads our Bermuda business, focusing on its growth and development, and is a director of Emerging Asset Management Ltd. He joined us in 2008 and has held roles with us in the United States and Bermuda. He has over 18 years of global fund accounting experience across different administrators and clients. His experience covers private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge funds, hybrid funds, and family offices.

Marina joined us in 2015 and progressed through business systems and leadership roles before taking on her current responsibilities in Serbia and Europe. She previously served as Group Head of Business Systems, leading a global team and supporting technology and operational initiatives. She has over a decade of experience in financial services technology, focusing on operations, business systems, reporting solutions, and system implementations.

Mark joined us in 2019 as Country Head and Representative Director in Japan. He established our Japanese business and has developed our operations there, including through our acquisition of Axess Tax in 2023. Before joining us, he was Chief Operating Officer at State Street Trust & Banking Japan from July 2014 to December 2018. He previously served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in London from March 2001 to June 2009, then in Japan until June 2014. During his time in Japan, he was responsible for all aspects of its Asia Pacific funds business.

Naveed leads our entities in the Dubai International Financial Centre and serves as Senior Executive Officer of our Dubai fund services business. He oversees strategic growth, operations, and regulatory engagement. Since joining us in 2012, he has brought experience across asset servicing, fund administration, corporate and compliance services, and financial operations. He has over 20 years of industry experience and focuses on operational improvements, digital transformation, and innovation. Naveed works with clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders to develop scalable solutions. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds an honours degree in Accountancy and Finance.

Nick joined Mainstream Fund Services in 2012 to oversee its managed account offering. His client services experience includes developing partnerships with new and existing businesses. Before joining Mainstream, he worked as an academic in Macquarie University's Faculty of Business and Economics. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and a Master of Economics from the University of Sydney.

Niki leads our Swedish business, focusing on strategic growth, client relationships, and operational performance. She has extensive experience in private equity, fund administration, corporate services, and legal advisory. Her background includes senior leadership roles across legal, corporate, and client service functions, supporting private equity and alternative investment clients with regulatory, governance, and operational matters.

Omar brings over two decades of experience in financial services, fund administration, and regulatory environments. Before joining us, he spent several years with Deloitte in Malta and the UK focused on financial services and advising a diverse portfolio of investment funds and financial institutions. His expertise covers traditional and alternative investment structures, particularly digital asset funds, tokenisation, exchange-traded products, and exchange-traded notes. Omar is a certified public accountant and a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants. He holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy and Management from the University of Malta.

Paloma leads our business in Spain, bringing over 25 years of experience in developing teams, achieving business objectives, and supporting growth. She joined us through our acquisition of Sanne in 2022. Before this, she was Managing Director at Citco Group.

Rebekka joined us in December 2021 as Managing Director of the German entity we acquired. She has over 20 years of international experience in private equity and financial services. Before helping establish the German fund administration business in 2012, she worked at a Big Four consulting firm, a private equity firm, and a US finance company. Her fund administration expertise spans venture capital, private equity, debt, crypto, and special situations funds.

Rubina leads our strategy, operations, and growth in Mauritius and India, with a focus on governance, regulatory engagement, and client delivery. She joined International Financial Services in 1999, before its acquisition by Sanne and subsequent integration into our business. Her senior roles have included Chief Operating Officer and Director of regulated entities. She brings nearly 40 years of experience across fund structuring, administration, accounting, audit, tax, and consultancy, including roles at PwC Mauritius and KPMG Manchester. Rubina is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and was elected Chairperson of Mauritius Finance in April 2026.

Shmuel oversees our business strategy in Israel. A certified public accountant, he has extensive experience in leading operations, with a focus on improving efficiency and delivering quality client service.

Sofia joined us in late 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience in team leadership, business development, and client service. Her career in Portugal includes roles with a Big Four consulting firm, a business process outsourcing firm, and an audit firm, where she served as Chief Financial Officer. Her main focus is on Portuguese accounting and tax compliance, supporting SMEs, larger companies, and firms investing in Portugal. A certified public accountant since 1997, Sofia holds a degree in Accounting, a master's in Tax from ISCAL, and a postgraduate qualification in Tax Management from ISEG. She speaks Portuguese and English.

Sonja leads our Abu Dhabi business as Country Head and Senior Executive Officer, overseeing strategic growth, operations, regulatory oversight, and client delivery. Her experience spans fund services, private wealth, family offices, business development, and strategic leadership. She has held roles with us, Lombard Odier, ADSI & ADSS, UBS, and Pictet. Sonja holds an MBA in Finance Strategy from The Open University in the UK.

Steffen has over two decades of experience across capital markets, governance, and financial operations. He has held several senior roles at TMF Group, leading international expansion and multiple business transformations across Europe. He also served as Independent Managing Director for J.P. Morgan's structured products platforms in Europe and Asia. Since May 2025, Steffen has led our global capital markets services, focusing on client delivery and preparing our firm for digital transformation. His approach to leadership combines a focus on people with strategic insight and practical involvement in the business.

Sybil leads our Namibia business, expanding client service and delivery teams, creating jobs, and driving growth. She has over 15 years of financial services experience. Before joining us, she launched Compli-Serve Namibia in 2020, a regulatory compliance joint venture with South Africa's Compli-Serve Group. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Namibia Savings and Investment Association and held senior roles at PPS Insurance Namibia and Old Mutual Namibia. Sybil also contributes to boards and industry committees. She holds a BCom and LLB from Rhodes University and a postgraduate management qualification from Henley Business School.

Tyler has over 20 years of international experience, having lived in the United States, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Qatar, and Vietnam. Before joining us, he was Chief Executive Officer of a regulated asset management firm. He also served as General Partner of a US$1 billion impact investment fund focused on infrastructure in Africa and Southeast Asia.

Xiang joined us in 2025 to lead our business in China. He focuses on strengthening our existing offering, exploring the onshore market, and developing local service capabilities. He has worked in professional services since 2006, with experience at KPMG, Citco, and CITIC Securities. Before joining us, he also held co-founder and senior management roles at established local businesses in China.

Zafar has over 30 years of financial services experience with SABB, SABB Securities, and HSBC Saudi Arabia. Before joining us, he advised SNB Capital on establishing custody services and outsourcing fund administration. From 2015 to 2022, he worked at Albilad Capital, establishing its securities services business and leading corporate restructuring and strategic planning. He most recently served as its Chief Operating Officer. Earlier, he established and led securities services and investment operations at HSBC Saudi Arabia, covering custody, fund administration, brokerage, and asset management. His project management experience includes over 15 major initial public offerings and rights issues.

Akshay has many years of leadership experience in IT, operations, product management, and business development across securities services and global markets. Akshay previously led the Securities Services business for BNP Paribas in India before serving as Chief Operating Officer for the bank’s Global Markets business. He began his career at KPIT Cummins in Pune, working on projects for Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas, before helping to establish and expand BNP Paribas’s offshore centre supporting its Asset Fund Services and Custody businesses. He has worked extensively throughout India, as well as in Hong Kong and Paris, and is fluent in English, French, and several Indian languages.

Azeem is an award-winning, business-driven global chief information security officer with more than 28 years of cybersecurity and technology leadership experience across investment banking, fintech, private wealth, digital assets, government, airlines, oil and gas, energy, and global corporate sectors. He has led major transformation projects across EMEAR and APAC, managed responses to critical cyberattacks, and advised both government and regulatory bodies. His background includes leading initiatives in cyber risk, blockchain, AI, and threat intelligence, and he is a trusted adviser to many global cyber councils and committees. He is responsible for overseeing our commitment to protecting our people, data, and platforms.

Bhaskar leads our global market development, assisting with regulatory engagement and new product development, as well as FundRock’s strategy and distribution activities. He has substantial global experience as a regulator, banker, asset management business owner, and family office principal. He sits on various boards and is a member or chair of numerous industry associations. In addition to holding a BSc in Mathematics and an MBA in Finance, Bhaskar has doctorates in Artificial Intelligence, Terrorism Studies, and Food History, and is currently undertaking a further doctorate in Rock-Cut Architecture.

Chantal is our Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, responsible for global marketing, corporate communications, and cross-functional strategic initiatives across the business. She leads a globally distributed marketing and communications team, oversees the annual strategic marketing plan and corporate social responsibility initiatives, and partners closely with the executive team to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution across regions and markets. Having joined us in 2023, Chantal has occupied progressively senior positions, including Global Head of Communications and Global Head of Employee Engagement and Change. She previously spent over a decade at Maitland Group leading global marketing and brand transformation.

Eric is our Chief Information Officer, leading the development and execution of global technology strategy. With over 26 years of experience leading global teams, managing complex technology portfolios, and consistently delivering improvements in performance, resilience, and cost efficiency, He possesses a vast range of expertise. His leadership is key to advancing our technology capabilities, driving innovation and transformation, and shaping the next phase of our growth. He is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and resilient technology services, advancing digital capabilities, and managing technology risk and information security to support sustainable growth and high performance.

Gary is our Global Head of Client Relationship Management, leading our global relationship management function. With more than 20 years of experience in alternative asset management operations, he has a proven track record of driving business strategy, strengthening client partnerships, and leading transformational change across the financial services industry. Previously, Gary served as Head of Private Equity for Luxembourg and as Operations Director in Jersey, where he was a member of the regulated board. He is an experienced board director with deep expertise across private equity, venture capital, and private credit. Gary is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Greg Cignarella is Head of Business Development at ApexInvest Markets, LLC, bringing more than 30 years of capital markets experience from leading US broker-dealers, including J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers, Citi, and Nomura. Throughout his career, Greg has focused on trading and sales management, with expertise in structured products, portfolio risk mitigation, yield enhancement strategies, and securities investment products. His broad product knowledge spans private and public markets, global fixed income securities, interest rate and mortgage-backed securities derivatives, structured products, and fintech sales leadership. He holds an MBA in Finance and Investments, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licences.

Jamie is Executive Chair of the Apex Foundation and Apex Wealth, shaping strategic direction and guiding impactful initiatives. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in wealth management, investment, and social enterprise, Jamie focuses on advancing sustainable, long-term impact across environmental protection, education, social mobility, and inclusive economic empowerment. He brings strong commercial judgement and a commitment to responsible growth.

Jørgen leads our digital markets infrastructure and wealth distribution strategy, supporting the expansion of new distribution channels, investor access, and sources of capital. Before joining us, Jørgen held senior leadership roles at Euroclear, where he built the digital assets practice and led the development of its first digital market infrastructure. Previously, he held senior positions at BNP Paribas, where his mandate spanned strategy, digital innovation, transformation, and international banking. Jørgen was also the founding chairman of the Canton Foundation. Along with a deep understanding of digital markets infrastructure, product development, and strategy, he brings years of international experience leading transformation and change in evolving financial environments.

Karl is our Global Head of Sales. He joined us in 2018 to lead the UK sales team before expanding his remit to Europe and, subsequently, to his current global role. As the business has evolved beyond fund services into fintech and distribution, his responsibilities have expanded to cover the full client value chain, from fund launch and structuring through to fund services, capital raising, and digital solutions. Karl began his career at AKO Capital, one of Europe’s leading equity hedge funds, before spending several years in prime brokerage at Deutsche Bank and UBS. He brings more than 20 years of experience working with alternative asset managers.

As our Global Head of Fund Operations, Ken oversees the delivery of fund, financial, and corporate services across multiple regions, ensuring consistent execution, strong governance, and high-quality client outcomes. Ken has over 20 years of experience in the alternative asset management industry, with extensive expertise in leading global operations, client service, and business transformation initiatives across hedge funds, private markets, and institutional asset managers. His role involves leading global operations teams, managing service centre strategy, streamlining processes, implementing technology solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and the client experience.

Lana is our Global Head of Institutional Allocators and the founder of The Inner Circle, a private, invitation-only capital network connecting family offices for structured co-investment. Over the past two decades, she has traded in the Eurodollar options pit, worked in Washington, DC, held senior roles at BNP Paribas and ABN AMRO, and raised capital for Robert Rotella’s quantitative investment fund. With relationships spanning more than 50,000 institutional allocators worldwide, she is widely regarded as one of the industry’s most trusted capital connectors. Lana holds a master’s degree from Northwestern and serves on boards globally.

Nick brings over 20 years of experience leading product strategy, innovation, and growth across both high-velocity fintechs and large global banks. He joined us from DCM Systems, where he was Chief Product and Growth Officer, having previously held senior product leadership roles at Rakuten Viber, Revolut, Barclays, and Visa Europe. Across these businesses, he built and scaled high-performing product environments, delivered complex transformation programmes, and launched and scaled commercially successful products in highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional settings. Nick's expertise spans digital assets and tokenisation, digital banking, payments, and regulatory-driven product development.

Predrag has almost 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining us, he served as Head of Strategy and Innovation at Citco Corporate Solutions. In this role, he led strategic growth and transformation initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, strengthening client delivery, and accelerating business growth. Prior to that, he was Head of Strategic Growth and Development at TMF Group. Predrag has also held multiple other senior positions, including Head of Capital Markets Europe, Co-Head of Private Equity and Real Estate Europe, Head of Business Development, and Managing Director of the Dutch office, all at Citco.

Tom is our Head of International Business. Previously, as our Head of Digital, he led Apex Digital 3.0 and an extensive portfolio of fintech acquisitions. Tom’s background includes experience at leading companies such as JLL and BT. Before joining us in April 2025, he served as Group Head of Innovation at Aztec Group. He has over 15 years of experience driving innovation with tech companies and communities, with a proven track record of building and scaling innovative new ventures and digital products.
