Apex Launches UAE Corporate Solutions Business

Global, July 13, 2020 — Apex Group Ltd. (“Apex”) or (“the Group”), a global financial services provider, today makes the fifth announcement in just four months about its globally expanding corporate solutions offering through the launch of locally delivered corporate services to clients in the UAE.
Apex has been executing on a rapid expansion plan for its corporate solutions offering over the past few months; opening business services operations via the launch of subsidiary, Throgmorton, in the US and Jersey (Channel Islands), and unveiled a new a corporate services offering for clients across APAC in April followed by Switzerland last month. The Group is now adding to its corporate solutions capabilities in the Middle East through the addition of local corporate services solutions and the establishment a local entity for its subsidiary, Throgmorton, in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM”).
The latest move adds the local provision of Company Formation, Company Administration, Management and Accounting Services, Registered Office, Directorships and Secretarial Services to clients in the ADGM in addition to the local Throgmorton subsidiary providing accounting, payroll, employee benefits and VAT reporting plus outsourced finance officer services to UAE managers by an experienced local.
The addition of these services to its UAE operation enables the Group to deliver its single-source solution, covering the full value chain, to both new and existing clients. Apex’s longstanding global presence, teamed with its ever-expanding regional operation, enables the Group to penetrate new markets in the region as it diversifies both its offering and client base.
Throgmorton has over 20 years’ experience delivering accounting and business services across the UK and will leverage this expertise to enable UAE based firms to build capacity within their business operations to focus on strategically important initiatives.
