Apex Launches Compliance Solutions in ADGM

Abu Dhabi, October 11, 2020 – Apex Group Ltd. (“Apex”), a global financial services provider, today announces the launch of its Compliance Solutions business in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM”). This will enable the Group to deliver its single-source solution, across the full value chain, to both new and existing clients in the region.

Apex’s Global Compliance Services business will provide clients with services underpinned by best in class, proprietary compliance technology systems and platforms. Services include regulatory authorisation, compliance & AML outsourcing, technology advisory, private placement compliance, client assets compliance, outsourced Finance Officer services, advisory for conventional and Islamic Finance and company formation, including SPV/SPC, fund manager/MANCO compliance, cross-jurisdictional compliance support, VC Fund Manager Compliance.

This announcement follows the recent acquisition of risk and compliance consultancy Praesidium Advisory Ltd and the subsequent integration into the Group’s compliance arm adding clients across DIFC, ADGM, Singapore, London, US, and Switzerland from sectors including asset managers, family offices, government entities, financial institutions, law firms and individuals.

Apex’s longstanding global presence in conjunction with strategic acquisitions and the diversification of regional operations in the UAE has enabled the Group to successfully enter new markets.
