Apex Broadens Switzerland Offering with Launch of Corporate Solutions

The Group is expanding these services through the opening of a new office for its subsidiary brand, Throgmorton, in Switzerland, complementing its existing Swiss operation delivering corporate services and private client solutions. This latest announcement continues momentum in the Group’s expansion of its corporate solutions offering following the openings of Throgmorton operations in the US in March, Jersey (Channel Islands) in April plus the unveiling of new a corporate services offering for clients across APAC.

Apex acquired Throgmorton in June last year as part of its deal to buy the corporate services and private clients business from Link Asset Services. Collectively the businesses added over 600 employees to the group and an additional layer of experience in the corporate solutions space. The Group’s expansion of these solutions into Switzerland reiterates the global firm’s continued commitment to geographic and product growth.

Throgmorton has over 20 years’ experience delivering accounting and business services across the UK and will leverage this expertise to enable Switzerland-based firms to build capacity within their business operations to focus on strategically important initiatives.

With 45 offices worldwide, the Group is leveraging its existing global footprint to support expansion plans and systematically add new Throgmorton businesses to its offices in key locations worldwide. The strategy is in line with the Group’s long-standing philosophy of delivering local service to clients on a global scale and reinforces its unique single-source solution capabilities.
